On Friday morning I noticed a dead seal washed up on the stony beach beside Douglas Terrace. I immediately notified the Environment Department, who arranged to collect and dispose of the carcass.I am sure constituents would join me in acknowledging the power of work undertaken for our community by the Environment Department.
