SeaEnergy Renewables Limited propose to use their deep water engineering experience from the North Sea to develop in the Outer Firth of Tay. It is anticipated this will consist of approximately a major wind farm 15-22 km off the Angus Coast180 wind turbines covering an area of about 150 square km - see location map below. This project will be seeking consent through section 26 of the Electricity Act which requires an application to be made to the Scottish Government.
