An Internet Safety Briefing for Parents and Carers with nursery and primary school age children will be held on Monday 19 May at Claypotts Castle Primary School and Wednesday 21 May at St Andrew;s Primary School with both beginning at 6:30.
Come alsong to find out how to keep youerself and young people safe.
These briefings have been arranged by the Community Safety Team in Dundee for parents and carers throughout the city.
There is no charge for taking part.

How to Stay Safe Safe Online
Thursday 13 February 11:00 am to 15:00 pm in the Steeple Church, Nethergate Dundee.
It's a drop in event with activities for all ages.
For parents and carers this is well timed as a free activity in the city centre on a CPD day in our schools when children will be off school and at home.
Come on in and join in the activities.
This event is the Dundee contribution to marking Safer Internet Day in our city.

These pupils need folk to compete their online survey. It takes about 15 minutes to complete. All responses are being collected anonymously.
The survey is open to anyone from the age of seven upwards.

Safer Internet Day 2012 and Internet Safety Competition

Tuesday 7 February, is Safer Internet Day in the UK. Safer Internet Day 2012 is celebrated worldwide and this year is an opportunity to encourage users young and old to "discover the digital world together safely".
An inspirational array of activity is taking place nationwide, coordinated by the UK Safer Internet Centre (www.saferinternet.org.uk), with all activities focusing attention on empowering all generations to safely benefit from the opportunities that the internet offers.
To coincide with Safer Internet Day 2012 the Scottish Government is running an Internet Safety competition for children at school. parents and adults.
